"Very Mexican Friday" yields strong results in its first edition

Octavio De la Torre De Stéffano, president of the Confederation of National Chambers of Commerce, Services and Tourism (Concanaco Servytur) reported that the first edition of "Very Mexican Friday" has already started - an initiative aligned with the Mexico Plan that promotes spending the last Friday of each month in local businesses, 23,335 family businesses across the country participated and generally left good results.
During PresidentClaudia Sheinbaum Pardo 's "The People's Morning Press Conference," the business leader noted that "Very Mexican Friday" strengthens the domestic market, promotes shared prosperity, and recognizes family businesses as the backbone of the economy.
"Today, like every Friday, we say 'Today is Mexico's turn!' And with that, we want to share some results worth highlighting: the results of the first day on September 26th are encouraging: 23,335 family businesses across the country participated in the official platform; 250,000 official stickers were distributed; there was a presence in all 32 federal states, and 18 states carried out activations with initial purchases, press conferences, and tours."
"Very Mexican Friday" is aligned with Plan Mexico, which—as you stated—strengthens the domestic market, promotes shared prosperity, and recognizes family businesses as the backbone of the economy.
At the National Palace, Octavio De la Torre De Stéffano highlighted that The states with the most registrations were Tamaulipas, Veracruz, Guanajuato, Puebla and Mexico City.
He indicated that the municipalities with the most promotions included Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas; León, Guanajuato; Puebla, Puebla; Campeche, Campeche; and Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco.
